Board games have for many cottagers, been an important part of the cottage experience.   Board games were played in the evenings when the bugs are bad, and there was no TV or Internet.  Even to this day, most cottages have a games cupboard with many classic games.  Monopoly, Risk, Tiddley Winks, Scrabble  and Chinese Checkers are a few that come to mind.  As well there are classic card games such as Uno, Wizard and Rummy.

This event can feature some of these classic games as well as a few new ones.   Come and try out games like Rummikub, Dice Poker,  Frustration Rummy, Sequence or Crokinole.

Audience for this event is 16 -99.  But children 10-16 who love playing board games and who bring a parent to also play are welcome.  Adults over 100 are also welcome.

Please register and tell us on the registration how many people are coming so that we can be prepared.  If you have a game that you would like to share with others, you are welcome to bring it.
