Spring Dinner is at the Galley at Driftwood Cove on Saturday May 13. Limited to 50 people.
Happy hour starts at 6:00 pm with beer, wine and coolers available at the bar. Dinner will be served at 7:00 pm.
We are pleased to provide an exciting menu for our Spring Dinner.
All dinners start with a trip to the salad bar, and pickle trays on the table.
1. Prime Rib with yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes with gravy, and seasonal vegetables.
2. Pickerel on a bed of rice, accompanied by mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
3. Turkey Dinner with stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy and seasonal vegetables.
4. Stuffed Pineapple - pineapple stuffed with a mixture of pineapple, rice and vegetables. This is a unique vegetarian option.
A dessert bar will follow, with coffee and tea.
