Information Collected from children will include their name and the contest that they entered and will only be used to determine winners of a contest. Parents need to review the child’s personal information when the child registers for an event and they may refuse to allow any further collection or use of the child’s information. The child with permission from their parent or legal guardian will upload pictures and/or videos to either the website or the Facebook page. The Gloucester Pool Cottagers Association will screen each submission and we will not disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity.
