Our fall dinner will be held October 15 at Rawley Lodge.

The chef has suggested the following main courses:

Choice of Market Fresh Salad or Caesar Salad

Choice of Main Dish

  1. Chicken Supreme
    With apricot-pumpkin chutney. Served with market fresh vegetables and potato
  2. Pork Masala
    Seared Pork Medallions in a creamy Marsala Sauce with sautéed mushroom and pappardelle pasta. Served with market fresh vegetables and potato
  3. Cajun Salmon Fillet

    Cajun seasoned, seared with Pineapple-roasted pepper and sage salsa
    Served with market fresh vegetables and risotto

  4. Penne Prima Vera
    Al dente Penne Pasta in a Tomato-Basil Sauce, served with Zucchini, Rappini, Peppers and Carrots
