Step by Step Instructions:

1. You are going to send an email to Transport Canada – open up a new empty email

2. Right click on the attached pdf to this email above and “copy”

3. Place your cursor anywhere in the new empty email and paste your pdf attachment into your new email

4. Insert in the subject line the following subject line…. Long Term Anchoring

5. Send the email to the following address MSSRegulations-ReglementsSSM@tc.gc.ca

6. In the body of the email please copy the following text…..
