Cocktail hour @ 6pm to 7pm in Lounge/Wine Cellar room
Appetizers included, cash bar

• Bbq chicken satays
• Polynesian Meatballs
• Peach and brie tartlets with sweet chili sauce.

Dinner - pick one

• Cream of cauliflower and cheddar soup

• Tuscan salad. Mandarin oranges, feta cheese, sun dried cranberries, fresh strawberries caramelized shallot vinaigrette 

Entrees - pick one

• Carved roast striploin served with herb roasted new potatoes Seasonal vegetables and a burgundy rosemary  glaze. 
• Margherita chicken. citrus glazed chicken with fresh berries over basmati rice with Seasonal vegetables. 
• Sundried tomato and pesto penne, with roasted vegetables. 

Dessert 

• Warm apple crisp served with French vanilla ice cream
