Biography:  Cathy Moreau is the owner/chef at The Galley Restaurant at Driftwood Cove Marina in Port Severn. 
During the off season, when she isn’t cooking up a storm, Cathy creates beautiful hand crafted objects such as Candle Art, crocheted Afghans,  unique Kitchen towels, Natural Bath Salts and most recently moulded cement based vessels for candles etc.
